¾ oz Campari
1 oz Bourbon
1 ½ oz Carpano Antica
¼ tsp Easy & Oskey Cherry Vanilla Bitters
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with clean ice. Stir to chill and strain into a cocktail (martini) glass or coupe. Garnish with Orange twist and top with additional bitters if desired.
2 oz. Kilo Kai Spiced Rum
2 oz. Fresh Sour*
1/8t Easy & Oskey Habañero Bitters, or to taste
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and pour into a small Collins glass. Garnish with lime wedge.
2 oz. Prairie Organic Gin
½ oz. Noilly Prat Dry Vermouth
1/8 tsp Easy & Oskey Orange Bitters
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass over clean ice. Stir to dilute and chill, 10 seconds or more. Strain into a well chilled cocktail glass. Remove a coin-sized (more quarter than dime) piece of lemon peel from a fresh organic lemon, squeeze the oils onto the drink, and drop into the cocktail.
2oz The Botanist Gin
.75oz Carpano Antica Sweet Vermouth
1 tsp Luxardo Marachino Liquor
Easy & Oskey Orange and 5-Spice Bitters
Combine all ingredients, except 5-Spice bitters, in a mixing glass over clean ice. Stir to dilute and chill, 10 seconds or more. Strain into a cocktail (martini) glass or coupe. Garnish with orange peel twist and a few drops of 5-Spice bitters.
*Sour mix recipe:
Heat 3 cups water and 1 ½ cups sugar until sugar dissolved.
Add 6 oz. lime juice and 6 oz. lemon juice.
Whisk in 1 tsp citric acid and 1 tbsp dehydrated egg white until blended
